Why is it not easy to find hostels in Iran?
After the
Islamic revolution in Iran in 1979, Iran got isolated from the rest of the world and had no choice but to concentrate on its domestic tourism capacities i.e. to accommodate the tourists who were mainly from Iran itself or from a few other non-English-speaking countries. In such circumstances, most of the hostels in Iran found it unnecessary to design and manage their websites in English.
